RICHER TRADING REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Memberships

If during the first month you are not completely satisfied there is a 100% money back guarantee on the first month subscription charge. You must notify us via email at least 2 business days before the end of the first month. After such time refunds are not available, however, you can cancel your membership at any time.

The one-time set-up fee is not refundable as there are administrative and ‘hard' costs such as promotional materials associated with the set-up of new memberships - however, you may keep, transfer to another member, or sell the gift certificate included with the new-members package (which is equivalent to the one-time set-up fee).

Cancelation of memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time in writing via email to members@richertrading.com . Please allow 2 business days for processing. You will be refunded any money owing that you have paid for the remainder of the month subscription.

Notice of cancelation must be given in writing via email to members@richertrading.com .

Online courses:
You may cancel your online course, seminar, or webinar with no less than 24 hours notice or you will be charged in full. If notice if given between 5 business days and 24 hours, there will be a 10% cancelation charge to cover and administrative and ‘hard' costs such as printed materials associated with the course. If notice is given with 5 or more business days there is no charge and you will receive 100% refund.

In person courses:
You may cancel your in person course or seminar, with no less than 24 hours notice or you will be charged in full. If notice if given between 5 business days and 24 hours, there will be a 20% cancelation charge to cover and administrative and ‘hard' costs such as printed materials associated with the course. If notice is given with 5 or more business days there is no charge and you will receive 100% refund.

Refunds:

For any reason, if you are not satisfied with a course after taking it you may file a complaint to members@richertrading.com . Obviously, we want our members to be happy and contributing members so, please detail why you were not satisfied in your email. We look at each request for a refund on an individual basis and will do our best to find a solution that appeases both parties, however, Richer Trading is not obligated to refund any percentage after the ‘notice of cancelation period' (see Cancelations above) has elapsed.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

For cancellations please allow 2 business days for processing.

For refund requests please allow 5 business for us to review your request. We will contact you via phone or email with a response to your request. If a refund is given, please allow 2 days for processing.

* Please note that the original expiration date will still apply on the new gift certificate that is issued.

How are refunds from 3 rd parties processed ( ie: Amazon.com)?

Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller. Refunds are processed through that seller and are dealt with direct between you and the seller. If you have any questions please refer to the Refund Policy of the seller before contacting Richer Trading.
