1. Who is behind it (CEO, CFO, etc…, what did they do in the past, already successful?)
2. Is there due dilligence, balance, figures in general, are they transparent?
3. What about the comissions: how much goes through which hands?
4. Business plan: milestones/ benchmarket, market analyses (patent protection? If so, until when, can you see it? competition, figures…)
5. Exit strategy for the clients: IPO/ share deal/ trade sale, how long have the investors be in?
6. Case scenarios (pessimistic, optimistic, most likely)?
7. Markets in general: what is the overall market like? What about the sector of the company proposed?
